The SPAR brand in Norway is managed and operated by Kjøpmannshuset Norge AS, NorgesGruppen´s largest supermarket operator.
The chain comprises 290 local stores across Norway. SPAR Norway operates 2 retail formats, SPAR neighbourhood supermarkets (263 stores) and EUROSPAR supermarkets (27 stores). EUROSPAR has an enhanced product offer in bakery, butchery, fruit and vegetables and delicatessen.
SPAR and EUROSPAR focus on providing excellent service to their existing customer base throughout the year.
The majority of SPAR and EUROSPAR stores are independently owned and operated. As a result SPAR has a place in the heart of the community, being close to its customers in location and also in values.
